Architectural solution
The changes were made within existing size of the building, and they include changes in locations of partition walls and installations. Great attention was paid to shaping and obtaining of good quality space of the interior. The building consists of a cellar, ground floor and first floor. The cellar has an organized area with safe deposits for citizens, an archive room and technical rooms. On the ground floor there is a counter hall with the belonging behind-the-counter work places, an official entrance to the bank with a sanitary loop and a small kitchen. A shop with a separate entrance shall be formed on the ground floor. Offices are on the first floor, in accordance with technological needs of the bank.
All works were required not to extend the existing size of the building, and they have preserved the existing look of the building in all respects.

Materialization:
Partition walls are from plaster-cardboard rigips boards d=12+12mm, of 10cm total thickness, filled with mineral wool: some walls are covered with veneered panel; according to a room function, ceramic tiles were also laid, or the walls were just plastered, double cream coated, and finished with paint.
The floors in the kitchen and sanitary rooms are covered with ceramic tiles, in the counters room with granite nero impala and nero assoluto; in the offices there is an ashen parquet or carpets; communications are covered with granite ceramics.
The lowered ceilings are from plaster-cardboard or are armstrong type
Internal doors are from full wood or reinforced with medium-density fibreboard.
Joinery is from oak tree with thermopane glass.
The interior is done according to the requirements of JU BANKA: the desk in the counters hall is lined with granite, as well as the floor; partitions and linings are from chippings coated with melamine foil; closets bodies are from chipboard laminated in plastics or veneered medium-density fibreboard (MDF); some elements are from inox according to the interior design; some walls are coated with boards from veneered ash.
