Project Description
Delta City was declared the best shopping mall in Europe in the category of new medium-sized shopping malls. This most significant prize in the field of commercial real estates was awarded by the jury of the International Council of Shopping Centers – ICSC, at the competition which included 41 shopping malls from 19 countries. The international jury, consisting of distinguished experts in the field of real estate, in its selection considered the following criteria: design of the building, variety of offer, number of visitors, customer service, realized turnover, and harmonization of the mall with the local infrastructure.
We did half of construction and construction-craftsman works on the complex of 80,000 m².
