Area of the lot is 6,259 m², gross above-ground floor area of the building is 5,765.93 m², while gross underground floor area of the building is 1,797.06 m².
The showroom is designed to satisfy the needs of exhibiting a large number of cars, at the levels of the lower and higher ground floor. At the level of the lower ground floor the access to the showroom is from the internal road at the location, from the direction of the Sava main road. At the level of the higher ground floor the access to the showroom is from the direction of Radnička Street. The lower and higher levels of the showroom are linked with the internal reinforced concrete winding staircase.
On the first and second floor there is a flexible office space, with 10 offices on the first floor and 14 offices on the second floor, the access to which is from the galleries which are opened to the showroom at the level of the higher ground floor.
All four levels of the showroom and offices of the building are linked with the joint staircase with an elevator shaft in the part of the building towards the servicing workshop.
The showroom and the servicing workshop are two structural separate spaces, divided by dilatation of 5cm.
Both facilities are skeletal, of reinforced concrete, and concreting was done at the spot.
