The building has a ground floor and first floor.
The building has been adapted for the new user. The adaptation was done partly on the ground floor, while the first floor was not subjected to adaptation. The facade has been adapted by adding an over structure, and assembling of elements of locksmiths work, and is in everything according to the design and approval of The Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments of the City of Belgrade.
The building has a showroom of 683.90 m², office premises of the total area of 58.58 m², sanitary loops of the total area of 16.30 m², and communications with cellars of the total area of 33.25 m². The total adapted area is 771.97 m².
