Although very high standards in terms of the quality had to be met, the Investor has left us a very short period of time to complete the works. The set deadlines made us do what we deemed impossible then – in one week we installed 2,000 m3 of concrete and 200,000 kg of reinforcement.
In the facility having the size of 50,000 m2 we installed more than 27,000 m3 of concrete and 2,400,000 kg of reinforcement.

Belville was made with an intention to accommodate all the participants of the World Student Games in 2009, and after the Games were closed, the apartments were turned into their main purpose — to be sold at the market.
