Project Description
Capitol Park Rakovica is the largest retail park in Belgrade. It is located in Patrijarha Dimitrija street.
On a plot that has 65,000 m2 there is a shopping mall of 21,191 m2 GFA and of the following floor structure: GF + 1, as well as a large parking lot that has 789 parking spaces.
The complex consists of 7 independent facilities (dilatation units). The structure is pre-stressed reinforced concrete, which is based on RC prefabricated piles.
The materialization of the building is made of facade panels and roof coverings of deep-fiber sheet, thermal insulation and waterproofing (membrane).
