GRADINA holds the following licences issued by the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure:
I090A1 – for the execution of construction and finishing works relating to cultural heritage of exceptional importance.
I090A2 – for the execution of construction and finishing works relating to facilities in the protected surrounding of cultural heritage of exceptional importance with clearly defined borderlines of cadastral parcels and cultural heritage entered into the World Cultural and Natural Heritage List and facilities in the protected zones in accordance with the legislation governing the protection of cultural heritage
I091A1 – for the execution of construction and finishing works relating to facilities situated in a national park and facilities located on the territory of protected natural heritage of exceptional importance.
I092A2 – for the execution of construction and finishing works relating to facilities that are officially used by diplomatic and consular missions of foreign countries as well as offices of international organizations in the Republic of Serbia, if that is stipulated by a bilateral agreement.
I093A2 – for the execution of construction and finishing works in multi-family residential complexes where the investor is the Republic of Serbia.
